Types of Massage

Medical / Therapeutic Massage
The medical massage we provide at our office is hands on, therapeutic massage more akin to old-school physical therapy than a spa massage. We use these massage techniques to help with low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, and pain and tightness in any muscles and joints including shoulders, hips, arms and legs.

Integrative Massage
The best of both worlds - massage and chiropractic together! No need to make a decision when you can do both with our integrative sessions. Massage with one of our licensed massage therapists, and then an adjustment with one of our chiropractic physicians, what more could you possibly ask for?

Deep Tissue
When you have chronic back pain, pain in your legs or low back, pain or tightness in your hips, shoulders, and other joints, deal with headaches or the deep pain of fibromyalgia, sometimes all you want in the world is a good, deep tissue massage. And we have you more than covered! Our therapists know how to work your muscles, release adhesions, and increase circulation to necessary areas, leaving you walking out feeling like a whole new person.

Sports Massage
Are you a serious athlete training for your next big event? Perhaps you work out simply for the joy and health benefits. No matter your reasoning for physical training, a sports massage is for you. Sports massage, as compared to traditional spa massages, specifically targets trouble areas associated with your sports activity with the aim to promote flexibility, improve endurance, reduce fatigue, and prevent injury.

We have had the honor of working with many, many weekend athletes as well as division 1, 2, and 3 collegiate athletes, MMA competitors, Olympic team contenders, and top area high school athletes.

By far one of the best massages I’ve had, made my day to day life a lot less stressful on my body. Simply amazing. Highly recommended to my friends, family and coworkers.
