Health and Wellness Coaching
Since 1990 I've been coaching people on health and wellness. As a chiropractor, I coach people on taking care of their bodies by incorporating regular exercise and a healthy diet into their daily routines. My patients have changed their lifestyles--and their lives--and become happier, healthier people.
People already know that they need to eat right and exercise. My advice on how to take care of the body is only part of the game; it's also about coaching the whole person and motivating them to reach their health and wellness goals. My professional experience has taught me that feeling healthy is more than just physical -- it also involves the mind and spirit.
Fitness coaching is an integral part of wellness care that I perform as a Chiropractor. Life coaching is about bringing out your best self so that your life is focused, productive and fulfilling. I can schedule one hour sessions for you in which we can incorporate a combination of chiropractic therapy, massage therapy, fitness coaching, and life coaching.
